A lifelong artist, Kate’s interests lie in a variety of mediums, work is sometimes abstract, sometimes representational but never literal. Currently she is exploring large format paintings in encaustic and oil. Her vibrant use of color, mark making and layering invokes elements of architectural drawings which has been common theme running through much of her work.
